Usolab Philippines fulfills delivery requests nationwide across Metro Manila and the provinces.
Delivery Methods
Store Pickup
If you purchase in person or place an order via usolabph.com and select Store Pickup, please carefully inspect items upon collection. Cross-check the product with the invoice and any warranty card before leaving the store.
If there is any transit issue before pickup, our team will contact you to adjust the pickup schedule.
Metro Manila Delivery
- Delivery fee: Displayed at checkout (may vary by location and order size).
- Scheduling: Our courier contacts you to arrange a convenient time if no specific delivery time is requested.
- Requested time windows: If you specify a time window, we will coordinate delivery accordingly.
- Outside business hours/urgent cases: We’ll call to agree on a feasible time.
- On delivery: Please inspect items immediately. If the model, quantity, or condition differs from your order, notify us at once so we can coordinate a resolution with the courier. If everything is correct, kindly accept and complete payment (if applicable).
Provincial Delivery (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao)
- Information accuracy: Enter complete and accurate recipient details to ensure fast delivery and successful payment processing.
- Liability: We are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect address/recipient information provided by the customer.
- Estimated timelines: Typically 2–4 business days (Sundays and public holidays excluded). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays may arrive later depending on the destination and courier routing.
- On delivery: Inspect items upon receipt. If the product type, quantity, or condition does not match your order, inform us immediately so we can work with the carrier to resolve it.
Modify or Cancel an Order
You may change or cancel your order before dispatch (after we confirm the item has not yet been shipped).
If the order has already been handed to the courier, any changes may incur additional shipping fees, which are borne by the customer.
