This policy explains how Usolab Philippines displays prices and accepts payments for orders on usolabph.com. It applies to customers in the Philippines and supported international destinations.
Displaying prices in PHP and USD
You can view prices in Philippine pesos (PHP) or United States dollars (USD). The initial display may reflect your location or a saved preference; you can change it using the currency selector. USD pricing does not mean that we are a US business or that every payment method supports USD. Unless expressly stated, the selected currency is a way to display or pay for the same products.
Final checkout currency
Before authorizing payment, review the final amount and transaction currency shown at checkout or by the payment provider. The currency available for charging depends on the payment method. If the selected display currency cannot be charged, we will identify the supported transaction currency and total before you authorize payment. We will not change a paid order’s transaction currency without your agreement.
Conversion and pricing
Prices may use our configured exchange rate or a separately set price for each currency. PHP and USD prices may therefore differ from a live market-rate calculation. Rounding and promotions may also differ by currency. Prices can change before an order is accepted; later exchange-rate changes alone do not alter the amount already agreed and paid. Any correction to a pricing error before acceptance will be explained, with the option to accept the corrected order or cancel for an appropriate refund.
Payment methods and external fees
Only the methods offered for your order at checkout are available. COD, bank transfers and other local methods may be restricted by destination and supported currency; follow the currency and amount in the payment instructions. Do not send funds to payment details supplied only by an affiliate. Your bank or provider may apply its own conversion rate, foreign transaction fee or intermediary charge. Ask that provider about its charges; any fees charged by us must be disclosed before purchase.
Confirmation and refunds
An order acknowledgement does not by itself confirm that payment has settled. Keep your order and payment references and contact us about suspected duplicate charges. Approved refunds follow our Returns and Refunds Policy and use the original transaction currency where possible. A refund of the correct original-currency amount may produce a different amount in your account currency because of a provider’s later exchange rate or separate fees. This does not limit any refund or reimbursement required by law.
Taxes and delivery costs
The checkout identifies charges collected by us, including any applicable shipping and taxes. Destination import duties, customs taxes or carrier handling fees not collected by us will be identified as excluded where applicable. See the Shipping Policy before placing an international order.
