Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern the Usolab Philippines Affiliate, trading as Usolab Philippines. By accepting these terms and joining the program, you agree to the conditions below and the program settings disclosed to you before participation.

1. Joining the Program

The Usolab Philippines Affiliate Program allows approved affiliates to earn a 10% commission on qualifying product purchases referred to usolabph.com.

By joining, you accept these terms. Participation is subject to approval, is free of charge and does not guarantee income. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, provide accurate contact and payout details, and keep your account secure.

You are an independent participant and cannot bind Usolab Philippines, collect customer payments or approve returns on our behalf.

2. Referral Tracking

Use the affiliate links issued through your account. A qualifying purchase must be completed within 30 days of a valid tracked click.

If a customer clicks more than one affiliate link, the last valid affiliate click before purchase receives attribution. One order earns commission for only one affiliate.

A coupon alone does not establish attribution unless we have expressly enabled it as an affiliate referral code. Where enabled, the code entered at checkout takes priority over a tracked link. Repeat purchases require a qualifying referral within the same attribution window.

Tracking depends on browser settings, consent choices and technical conditions. Deleted cookies, blocked tracking, another device or an expired referral window may prevent automatic attribution.

Contact us with the referral and order references if a referral appears to be missing. We will review available evidence without requiring unauthorized access to customer data.

3. Commission Calculation

The commission rate is 10% of the eligible product amount actually paid after discounts.

Shipping, taxes, import charges, payment fees, gift card purchases and refunded amounts are excluded. Products bought using a gift card may qualify on the eligible product amount, without counting the gift card purchase itself.

Self-referrals and purchases made on your own behalf do not qualify unless approved by us in writing.

Commissions are earned from qualifying sales, not from recruiting other affiliates.

4. Commission Approval

Commissions remain pending until:

  • Payment has settled.
  • Delivery is completed.
  • The applicable return period has expired.
  • Any known refund, chargeback or fraud issue has been resolved.

Cash-on-delivery orders qualify only after payment collection is confirmed.

Cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, charged-back or fully refunded orders earn no commission. Partial refunds reduce the eligible amount and commission proportionately.

Pending commissions are not available for payout.

5. Monthly Cutoff and Payment Date

We calculate the monthly payout using your approved, unpaid commission balance as of 11:59 p.m. on the final calendar day of the preceding month, in Philippine Standard Time (UTC+8).

Payment is scheduled for the 15th of the following month, provided the applicable minimum balance is met at that cutoff and your payout details and any required verification are complete.

For example, the approved, unpaid balance at October 31 is considered for payment on November 15. A commission approved after October 31 enters a later monthly cycle, even if the customer ordered during October.

If the 15th falls on a weekend or Philippine public holiday, payment is processed on the next Philippine business day.

The payment provider may require additional time before funds appear in your account.

6. Minimum Payout Balance

The minimum payout is:

Commission account currency Minimum approved balance
USD USD 50
PHP PHP 60,000

These are separate program thresholds, not equivalent amounts calculated using an exchange rate.

The threshold follows your commission account currency, not the currency selected by a customer in the storefront. Balances in different currencies are not added together to meet a threshold.

If the approved balance is below the applicable minimum at month end, it carries forward without a routine expiry while your account remains active.

Reaching the minimum after the cutoff does not create an immediate payout. Eligibility is assessed at the next monthly cutoff.

Refunds, chargebacks or proven invalid referrals identified before payment may reduce the payout balance. We will explain any resulting adjustment or deferral.

7. Currency and Payout Arrangements

Your commission account currency is the PHP or USD currency identified in your affiliate dashboard or approval confirmation.

For a qualifying order in another currency, the eligible product amount is converted using the store exchange rate recorded for that order when it was placed. The 10% commission is then calculated in your account currency.

Rounding follows that currency’s smallest unit. A later change in catalog prices or exchange rates does not by itself revalue an already recorded commission.

Payouts use the supported method confirmed in your affiliate account or directly with our team before payment. We do not promise that every payment method supports both currencies or every country.

Any necessary payout conversion, its rate and any charges we impose must be disclosed and agreed before processing. A receiving bank or provider may apply its own fees.

We do not automatically change your commission currency when you change the storefront currency.

Affiliates are responsible for applicable taxes. Any legally required withholding will be identified on the payment record.

8. Refunds After Commission Payment

If a paid commission relates to a later refund, chargeback or proven invalid referral, we may deduct the affected amount from future commissions.

We will provide the reason and calculation. If future commissions are insufficient, we may contact you to arrange repayment with supporting details.

Unrelated, legitimately earned commissions are not automatically forfeited. A customer’s lawful refund is not reduced because an affiliate commission was paid.

9. Responsible Promotion

Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship near each recommendation or affiliate link. For example:

“I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.”

Use a disclosure that the audience can understand and that is easy to notice. For video endorsements, include an appropriate visible or spoken disclosure where the recommendation occurs. A disclosure hidden only in a description may be insufficient.

Promote products honestly, describe only your actual experience and use authorized brand materials.

Do not fabricate reviews, manipulate before-and-after images, guarantee results or claim that a cosmetic diagnoses, treats or cures a disease.

Follow advertising, consumer protection and privacy rules in the markets you reach.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Do not:

  • Create fake orders or use spam.
  • Impersonate customers or the brand.
  • Manipulate tracking or force affiliate cookies.
  • Publish unauthorized coupons or misleading offers.
  • Register domains or social accounts that appear to be official Usolab Philippines channels.
  • Promise discounts, product results or special terms that we have not authorized.

Paid advertising using our brand name, restricted brand keywords or direct links to our checkout requires prior written approval.

11. Customer Information and Privacy

Use referral information only for legitimate commission administration and approved program activity.

Affiliate access does not authorize collecting customer payment credentials or using customer contact details for unsolicited marketing.

We process account, referral and payout information as described in our Privacy Policy. Optional tracking is subject to applicable consent requirements, and reading these terms is not consent to unrelated marketing.

12. Reviews and Disputes

We may temporarily hold affected commissions or suspend an account while investigating suspected fraud, abuse or a material breach.

Holds must relate to the issue being reviewed. We will explain the reason and request supporting information where lawful.

Contact contact@usolabph.com with your affiliate ID, referral or order reference and a description of the issue.

We will review the available records fairly and communicate the outcome. No review process removes a mandatory legal complaint right.

13. Leaving the Program

You may leave by contacting us. We may end participation for material violations, fraud, legal requirements or closure of the program.

Remove affiliate links and stop using program materials when participation ends.

Valid commissions accrued before termination remain subject to validation, lawful adjustments and payment.

We will contact you to arrange settlement of a final approved balance, including a balance below the normal minimum, rather than automatically confiscating legitimate earnings.

14. Changes and Applicable Rights

We will give at least 30 days’ notice of material program changes through your registered email or affiliate account, except where an earlier change is required by law or necessary to address active fraud or security abuse.

Changes apply prospectively and do not reduce already earned commissions solely because the terms have changed.

These terms take effect when published for new participants and, for existing participants, subject to the notice rule above.

Philippine law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Mandatory rights and lawful complaint channels remain available.

Our website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment and Currency Policy, and Returns and Refunds Policy apply to their respective subjects. These Affiliate Program Terms govern affiliate commission administration.
