1) Definitions
- Usolab: A professional derma-cosmetics brand with product lines tailored to diverse skin concerns (acne-prone, sensitive, dehydrated/aging, etc.). Products are developed with advanced biotech and peptide technologies and are formulated without artificial colorants or prohibited substances.
- Customer (“you”): Any individual or business entity purchasing Products from Usolab via the Store.
- Store: The online store owned and operated by Usolab Philippines at usolabph.com.
- Products: Any and all Usolab-branded items offered for sale on the Store.
- Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the Philippines.
- Force Majeure Event: Any event beyond reasonable control that prevents a party from performing its obligations, including but not limited to government orders or delays, civil unrest, war, national emergencies, labor disputes, epidemics, fires, floods, earthquakes, typhoons, tsunamis, or other natural disasters.
2) Customer Commitments
By submitting an order and/or creating an account on the Store, you confirm that:
- You will comply with these Terms and Conditions throughout your shopping experience and related services.
- You have full legal capacity and all necessary internal approvals (if any) to enter into and perform obligations arising from transactions on the Store.
- All information you provide to Usolab via the Store is true, complete, and accurate.

- Payments are processed via licensed third-party payment service providers. The list of available payment options may be updated at checkout from time to time.
3) Products
- Products sold on the Store are authentic Usolab items manufactured in accordance with relevant standards and regulatory requirements applicable to the destination market.
- We strive to display product information and images accurately; however, minor differences in color or appearance may occur due to display settings or other factors beyond our control.
4) Prices
- Product prices are shown on the Store and are valid only while displayed.
- Prices may change without prior notice; however, once an Order Confirmation has been issued, the price for that order will not be affected.
- The same product may be offered at different prices at the same time due to ongoing promotions or customer segments. You may choose any price currently applicable to you.
5) Ordering & Payment
5.1 Placing an Order
- Select Products and add them to your cart.
- Provide complete and accurate shipping and contact information.
- Choose a payment method and complete payment as instructed in checkout. Accepted methods may include COD, Bank Transfer, ATM/Debit, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, QR payments, and Installment options (where available).
- Review all order details before payment. After successful payment, your order is automatically recorded in our system.
- Your submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase Products under these Terms and Conditions.
5.2 Order Confirmation & Changes
- After a successful order, you will receive an Order Confirmation containing your reference number and order details.
- If an order contains multiple items and you wish to cancel or replace one item after payment, please cancel the entire order and place a new one (subject to stock and system availability).
6) Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under a sales contract caused by a Force Majeure Event.
- If a Force Majeure Event impacts performance:
a) We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable; and
b) Our obligations will be suspended and the performance period extended for the duration of the event.
